How to Make Savory & Crispy Onion Chips

Making an Eid dish does not have to be a steady Eid chicken . For those of you who are looking for a special Eid onion chip recipe , please try the recipe to create the following special onion chips . ONION CHICKEN img by: butter-fly-ku.blogspot.com Ingredients - Ingredients To Make Onion Chips: Enough fried oil Garlic 8 cloves (refined) Wheat flour 450 grams Sago flour 120 grams Salt 1 ½ sdt Instant broth ¾ sdt Baking powder ¾ sdt Egg yolk 1 egg Egg 1 egg Ice water 8 tbsp Chives 3 tbsp (thinly sliced) How to Make Onion Chips: Mix wheat flour, garlic, sago flour, salt, instant broth, baking powder, egg yolks, eggs, ice water and chives. Knead until the mixture is impervious. Grind the mixture until completely thin. Cut the mill with a jagged knife and length between 8 - 10 cm. Heat the oil then fry the chips until golden yellow.
